What is MCP, and which AI tools can connect?
MCP is an open protocol. Any compatible AI app can connect to your SISO CLM account with a personal token — not only one vendor. Tools are read-only: projects, documents, invoices, warranties, reminders, suppliers, and related records. See MCP.
How do I create an MCP token?
Sign in, open Profile, scroll to Connect any MCP client, name the token, and click Create token. Copy the secret once and paste the MCP URL plus token into your AI app. If you leave the page, revoke that token and create a new one. You can have up to 10 active tokens.
Does MCP use SISO AI credits?
No. MCP uses the model in your AI app. We do not spend extra SISO AI credits on that path.
What is the in-app AI support bubble?
Inside the app, open the support bubble for step-by-step help in your language (how to create a token, add an invoice, and so on). That assistant is first-level product support. MCP is different: it lets your own AI read live account data. The bubble cannot see your private records; MCP can, with your token, and only for reading.
